lush grounds monkeys faulty terrace door monkey problem
the hotel grounds were lush. i did see monkeys, kind of cool.
i booked a superior double or twin room terrace but the terrace door barely opened. the monkeys were really bad and i couldn't really sit outside. it was a waste of space.

fresh fruit superb service actionable charge limited drink
The food was plentiful and tasty. Fresh fruit and many vegetables were available (i loved the salads!). The staff were all very friendly and provided superb service.
The gym required a charge for access. Drink options were limited and did not include branded drinks, a little disappointing.

lovely stay at the coast
clean grounds attentive staff enjoyable food
The grounds were clean and well-kept. The staff were friendly. Everyone seemed eager to ensure i was well looked after! The food was quite enjoyable. Restaurant staff were attentive. My room had everything i needed. It worked well for me.
Check-in was SLOW. i arrived around 12:45pm and didn't get into the room until almost 1:30pm. The wait was longer than expected.

The staff greeted me warmly during check-in. The concierge provided information about local attractions. Tours were easy to book. Housekeeping maintained room cleanliness with daily service. All requests were promptly addressed.

My room offered a garden VIEW. It contained standard amenities including a mini-fridge and coffee maker. The bed was comfortable, and I found the room to be very quiet at night, a plus.

Fantastic Stay!
daily cleaning vegetarian options
The room had daily cleaning service. It was immaculate. I found the food to be varied with many vegetarian options. Indian dishes were a regular feature. The Jambo team worked very hard and gave excellent evening shows.

multiple pools clean beach accessible watersports beautiful garden
the hotel offered multiple pools, providing ample space for swimming and relaxation. i found the beach to be well-kept and clean. water sports were easily accessible through the hotel's facilities. the gardens were beautiful and meticulously kept, with a pleasant environment for leisurely walks.
i thought the wifi could have been a little faster, especially during peak hours.

the main restaurant featured a diverse buffet with themed nights, with cuisines. i noticed a dedicated seafood restaurant available at an additional cost. the suli suli bar provided a range of cocktails and drinks.

the staff was very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. the security team kept the grounds safe. i saw that guest relations addressed inquiries and requests efficiently. the housekeeping staff maintained cleanliness daily.
